Abstract

The morphological and immunohystochemical researches of 83 tumours of 44 patients with neurofibromatosis 1 were carried out. In such patients more often have neurofibromas, plexiform neurofibromas, neurinoma, optic nerves gliomas, fibromas with activation of different tissues. Proliferations consist of Schwann cells, fibroblasts, fibers and other connective tissue elements in different proportions. Authentic diagnostic evaluation of hystobiological features of tumors only at careful clinicomorphological comparison is possible.
