Neurovascular conflict as the cause of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) development in traumatic injuries of plexus brachialis structures
Abstract
Based on clinical picture which is typical for CRPS, on electroneuromyography results and intraoperative findings it is supposed that half of all cases of CRPS type 2 were caused by neurovascular conflict. Tactics of pain syndrome management to the whole reduction of negative manifestations is mentioned
