Diagnostics and Surgery of Radiculomyelopathies in the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Observation of 56 patients with different lumbar spinal stenosis forms were analized. There were 13 central, 27 lateral and 16 congenital forms of lumbar spinal stenosis among them. The classification, diagnostic methods of verification and clinical symptoms of radiculomyelopathies, methods of surgical interventions in patients with radiculomyelopathies due to different lumbar stenosis forms are determine.
