Modern way in management of acute lung injury syndrome at the patients with severe cranio-cerebral trauma

Abstract

Patients with severe cranio-cerebral trauma have an acute lung injury syndrome one of the dangerous complication on reason secondary changes in pulmonary surfactant system. Acute lung injury syndrome at the patients with a heavy cranio-cerebral trauma. An example of 73 patients with heavy cranio-cerebral trauma showed affection using the preparation of natural exogenous surfactant «Sucrym».
