Abstract

Dnepropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital named after I.I. Mechnikov, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine
A case of sellar chordoma, combined with inborn frontal sinus abnormality at 36 years old man, is given. Tumor was removed using transseptal transsphenoidal approach under neuronavigation control. The diagnosis was verified on the base of data of histological and immunohistochemical tumor research.
