The results of examination and treatment of 269 patients with recurrent glial tumors of brain hemispheres, at whom CT, MRI and SPECT were performed, are given. On the basis of investigations data analysis the diagnostic criteria of recurrent gliomas were selected that determine surgical tactic’s features. In result of the surgical treatment in accordance to diagnostic findings the improvement of quality of patients’ life was attained, what was confirmed by patients’ amount increasing at whom index of Karnofsky (IK) was 70 marks and more and diminishing with IK 60 marks and less.References
