Abstract

The clinical observation of surgical treatment of arterial aneurysm of rare localization, namely, of anastomotic branch of back-lower artery of cerebellum and upleg of back spinal artery is given. The hemorrhagic flow of disease was observed. Literature data concerning epidemiology, pathogenesis and surgical treatment of this anomaly are presented. Surgical treatment efficiency of is well-proven in patient with satisfactory social rehabilitation.
