The results of 206 patients with trigeminal neuralgia observing, have been treated in the clinic in period from 1996 to 2010 years, including microvascular decompression in 2002–2010, were analyzed. Patients were divided into three groups according to method of surgical treatment been used. Assessment of patients’ life quality was made according to questionnaire SF-36 and VAS. It was confirmed that in satisfactory condition of operating facility and high qualification of neurosurgeons trigeminal nerve microvascular decompression is appropriate method of surgical treatment. Patients’ life quality after trigeminal decompression was better.
