The informing of existing diagnostic methods was determined. The optimal algorithm for Cushing’s disease diagnostics was developed. The efficacy of neurosurgical treatment of pituitary adenomas at Cushing’s disease was estimated. 80 clinical cases of Cushing’s disease were analyzed. The adequate approaches to neurosurgical treatment of ACTH-producing pituitary adenomas depending on their size and propensity to invasion were certain.
