In 62 injured persons with chronic neuropathic pain syndrome (CNPS) caused by traumatic injury of nerves of extremities the influence of different factors on surgical treatment efficacy was studied. On the base of statistic analysis it was sat that CNPS treatment efficacy depends for certain on patient’s age, time have passed from trauma to operation and type of surgical intervention. On operations’ efficacy at traumatic CNPS patient’s sex, damaged nerve topography, trauma’s type (isolated or combined), it’s character (open or closed) and type of previous treatment have no statistically for certain influence.
