With the purpose of study of the comparative characteristic of results of surgical treatment intracerebral of hematomas caused by an arterial hypertension, traditional and endoscope the methods of treatment, us carry out the analysis of outcomes of operative measures at 25 patients.
The application endoscope of engineering has series essential much better before a traditional technique of their erasion.
