Telemedical systems as past of a complex for optimizing medical case provision to patients with acute cranio-cerebral trauma

A concept has been developed for modernizing the system of information accompaniment of patients with acute cranio-cerebral trauma (ACCT). It is proposed that telecommunication monitoring be introduced right from the scene of injury (ambulance doctor), hospital admission unit up to specialists at district and national levels.
Telecommunication system “Neuromed” allows to quicken and optimize the provision of specialized medical aid at all stages, standardize medical documentation and reports.
