Performance orbitoscull-infratemporal of approath to scull base to tumors forward and average cranial of holes

On a material of 12 autopsy and 129 clinical observations the modification orbitoscull-infratemporal of access (ОSITA) is developed which allows to optimize outcomes of surgical treatment kraniobasal meningiomas and to reduce an interest of unfavorable outcomes, keeping quality of life of the patients.
