Dynamics of cell immunity and of neuroautoimmune response indices in cerebral palsy patients during restorative treatment using embrionic nervous tissue
Keywords:
immune status, cerebral palsy, transplantation of embryonic neural tissue, ageAbstract
On the basis of complex research immunological condition of the patients with spastic cerebral palsy before and after embryonic nervouse tissue transplantation show interrelation of parts immunity, including development neuroimmunological reactions depending on age (in groups of children up to seven and from seven till fifteen years). Is established, that the certain character of changes immunological parameters in each age group depends on features of formation both immunological and neuroendocrine systems, which are carried out in conditions of pathological changes of the central nervous system. Such immunological feature are necessary for taking into account at application transplantation of embryonic brain tissue and decision of a question on application immunosuppressed therapy.
