Aseptic meningitis after posterior fossa epidermoid surgery: treatment and prevention

Authors discuss the causes and mechanisms of postoperative aseptic meningitis in case of epidermoid in posterior fossa. This research of accidents of aseptic meningitis, clinic and its variation are based on 53 cases of posterior fossa epidermoid analysis. Treatment modelitis and method of prophylaxis for prevention of postoperative complication are also discussed.
