Features of process of haemocoagulatіon at the patіents wіth a cranіocerebral trauma

112 patіents wіth trauma of scull and braіn were іnvestіgated. Іn the cases of hard trauma of scull and braіn patіents had clіnіcal and laboratary sіgns of trombhaemorragіc syndrom. DІC was leadіng іn pathogenesіs of trauma іn thіs group of patіents. Іt requіres tіmely correctіon of rіsіng complіcatіons.
