Treatment infringements of brain blood circulation in vertebrobasilar region in initial periods osteochondrous in neck department of a backbone

The results of treatment 76 patients with infringements of brain blood circulation in vertebrobasilar region caused osteochondrous in neck department of a backbone in initial periods are analysed.The complex and differential treatment consisted of medicinal therapy,external immobilization, which were supplemented by blockade of perivascular sympathic textures of vertebralis arteries, dereception of intervertebral disks. The positive results are received from all of the pacients:excellent 80 %, satisfactory 20%. It is recommended as effective technique of treatment and prevent sharp intringement of brain blood circulation in vertebrobasillar region.
