We statistically revealed prognostically undersired sing that leeds to exessive blood loss. Among them we singled out: pronounced spinal cord compression, rapid neurological deterioration, radical operation, elevated level of glucosis, long surgery time. Absence of this signs had favorable influense on the intraoperative hemorrhage. The statistical assessment of all sign allow to predict the level of blood loss. The special preoperative treatment, using microsurgery declined frequency of huge blood loss on 28,1%.
