Abstract

The indices of venous and arterial blood homeostasis and hemorheology (water-electrolyte metabolism intra- extracellular, fractions of water, acid-base-resistent and others ), impartially reflected the pathogenesis of early postoperative complications (vasospasm, edema, ischemia, hydrocephal syndrome, reccurrent bleeding ), were examined in 28 patients with reepture arterial aneurysm in the clinic. We compared relationes of the biochemical parameters and clinical, neurological studies, cerebral angiography, computerized tomography, doplerofraphy and according to this findinges the patiens were divided into the three groups, which were described in detail. That allowed us to propose the principles of the intensive care in the postoperative period as: hyperdinamic therapy, calcium channel blockers therapy. The positive dynamics of the studied diagnostic indices can be indicated as a prognostic criteria of the effective intensive therapy.
