Upoperation preparation and medical tactics for the patients with glioblastomas of a brain, which are in a phase of a clinical decompensation

The treatment of the patients with glioblastomas of a brain which is taking place in a phase of a clinical decompensation is till now unsolved problem requiring defined tactics consisting of the complex anestesiological and surgical measures, directed immediately on a cupping of an intracranial hypertension.
Is proved, that the lethality for the patients of the given category is defined not only immediate influence of a tumour on frames of a brain, but also extensive perifocal zone formed during its vital activity.
