A case of vermis cerebellum meduloblastoma with metastasis in a middle-age patient

A case of cerebellum meduloblastoma with a rare metastasis in cerebral hemisphere in 51 year old patient is reported. The diagnosis was made due to clinical data and MRI. Two-stage surgical treatment was used. Three subsequent postoperative courses of radiotherapy were administered. With further control in next two years using MRI, no signs of tumor relapse were obtained.
