The research of trunk gemopoiethyc cells maintenance in patients with some neurosurgical diseases
Keywords:

The data about maintenance of the SD34+ marrow trunk gemopoiethyc cells and SD38+ lymphatic predecessors in the blood are given in the article. It is set that in a case of glioma levels of SD34+ and SD38+ cells in a blood were lower than in blood of healthy persons, while at menyngioma and medulloblastoma only level of SD34+ cells increased in 2–3 times. In patients with an ischemic stroke the reliable increase of maintenance of only the SD34+ cells without the change of the SD38+ cells level was marked in a period of rehabilitation.
Most quantity of trunk gemopoietyc cells in blood was determined at epilepsy with the heavy flow, when the maintenance of only SD34+ cells increased in 8–10 times and the maintenance of the SD38+ cells did not change, but at epilepsy with rare attacks registered the increase of SD34+ cells was less expressed. The authors speakes out the suppose, that the increase of trunk gemopoietyc cells in a blood amount is related to their involving in a pathological process in CNS and possible into nervous cells. At the malignant glial tumors the depression is marked for trunk cells generation and their subsequent differentiation into the lymphacites predecessors, that can be related to gliomas immune gemodepression.
