The work based on 696 patient with lumbar disk herniations which had been operated wich using endoscopic spinal neurosurgergery and percutaneous laser nucleoectomy at the department laser and endoscopic spinal neurosurgergery. (Institute of Neurosurgery , Kiev,Ukraine)
According to the modern views on morphology and clinical picture of osteochondrosis, the algorhitmus for using different types of surgical operations is created.
Analysis of results of percutaneous laser nucleoectomy and endoscopic spinal neurosurgergery showed that endoscopic portal nucleoectomy is more effective than percutaneous laser nucleoectomy (91% after operation, 86% after 3 month) (84% after operation, and 82% one years after operation ) acoringtly. In default of signs of multilevel disk phatology endoscopic portal nucleoectomy can be a recommended to the patients wich previouse uneffective percutaneous laser nucleoectomy.
