Peculiarities of clinical course of the traumatic and nontraumatic apallic syndrome
Keywords:
apallic syndrome, clinic, pattern "sleep-wake", fixing the gaze, brain structural changes, convulsive syndromeAbstract
Progress in reanimatology leads to a steadily increased numbers of patients with apallic syndrome (AS). The determination of clinical flow at sixty one patients with apallic syndrome is presented. These patients were planned for neurosurgical treatment. Status of patients was estimated by the special neurological scales (Rappaport disability scale and Rancho Los Amigos scale). The structural changes it was estimated by CT and MR imaging. In the clinical flow AS have influence age of patient, etiologic factor, time of renewal “sleep-awake” and “fixings of look” patterns, and also presence of convulsive syndrome. It was appraised influencing of each of this factors. There are certain the patients with favourable, relatively favourable and unfavourable flow AS before performing of neurosurgical treatment.
