The brain and glial tumors tissue morphology changes under the highly energetic radiation of CO2 and Nd-YAG lasers influence
Keywords:
laser light, glial tumor, brain matterAbstract
The results of experimental and morphological research of highly energetic radiation of CO2 and Nd-YAG lasers on the brain tissue and glial tumor (stamm 101.8) are presented. The comparative analysis of morphological changes, that appeared in the brain tissue under isolated Nd-YAG laser influence and in experimental glioma under combined radiation influence was established. More expressive, deep and wide destructive changes in tissues of radiated tumors were founded in the case of combined laser radiation than under the isolated action of CO2 and Nd-YAG laser.
