Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea trough the sphenoid sinus: the diagnosis and treatment

Based of on the 8 clinical cases we have estimated the optimal methods of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea through the sphenoid sinus. The optimal method of the diagnostic is fistulocysternographia. We have used surgical treatment of this pathology which consisted of obliteration of sphenoid sinus with polyuretan.
