Cell immunity changes were studied in patients with repeated brain trauma depending on the severity of the primary and repeated brain trauma.
In case of repeated brain trauma T-cells immunity chain was depressed, that was displayed as T-helpers level natural-killers decrease and activation of the B-cells.
Repeated mild and severe brain trauma was characterized by multidirectional changes in cell immunity, which in case of mild repeated brain trauma manifested themselves in retention and activation of T-cytotoxic reactions and in case of severe repeated trauma — in the activation of B- and depression of T-cell immune reactions.
Cell immunity changes in case of repeated brain injuries were not depended on the severity of trauma.
