The pain syndrome is one of the principal components of clinical symptoms of such injuries. The complex regional pain syndrome is observed in high injuries of median nerve more frequently.
Traumatic injuries of peripheral nerves are most frequent and functionally bad forms of movemental and sensitive disfunctions of upper and low extremities.
This kind of traumatism is followed by work capacity prolonged disorders and high level of invalidisation. Median nerve injures are about 30% of all upper extremities nerve injures.
Our investigations show that the diagnostic and medical aid are one the low level at this kind of injury. Tactics and diagnostics mistakes are consequence of surgeons inadequate medical training.
This research allows to improve our knowledges in peripheral nerve traumatic injures.
