Brachial plexus injuries with posterior cord mainly involving

Outcomes in 38 patients with posterior cord of brachial plexus injuries were analyzed. In order to restore the posterior cord structures different methods were applied: neurolisis, nerve repair and nerve transfer were. Positive result of treatment — damaged limb function restoration was achieved in all cases.
