Features of ulnar nerve traumatic damage

The examination results of 404 patients with ulnar nerve traumatic injury on different levels of the upper extremity are presented. The most often injury area was the upper third of forearm and the hand. High frequency of combined ulnar nerve injury was marked. Symptoms of the ulnar nervous trunk full break in open injury depended on the trauma level and confirmed to the laws of nature. At compression-ischemic defeсts initial stages symptoms were variable, and only in process progressing the clinic has got the natural character.
