Some clinical particularities of spinal AVM

The rupture of a dural AVM with perimedular venous drainage that clinicaly was shown by a syndrome of subarachnoid hemorrhage with subsequent development of the lower paraparesis occurred in a middle-aged patient after a heavy physical load. The signs of spinal intradural hemorrhages was detected by MRI. AVM was verified during the operation. During invasive surgery subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage was removed in the form of separate clots. 2 months later a full regression of neurological symptoms occurred.
