Technical note for microvascular decompression at trigeminal neuralgia caused by its’ compression by vertebral artery

The technique of microvascular decompression at trigeminal neuralgia caused by nerve’s flattening against the tentorium is described. The original method is used to make a space between the tentorium and tortuous artery — inserting a piece of non-scattered double teflon felt against artery and tentorium.References
