The treatment analysis of 81 patients with skull base malignancies for the period of 2002–2007 years was made. The most effective approaches, types of surgical interventions and combinative methods of therapy were identified. The impact of the following prognostic factors in the surgery of skull base malignancies was studied: intracerebral tumor dissemination, dura mater and periorbita invasion, histological structure of the tumor; and the factor identified in our researches — the disease duration. Patients’ survival during 3 years comprised 63%, during 5 years — 30%. All patients were alive after the operation.
