The surgical treatment results analysis of brain arterial aneurysm ruptures for ten years of clinic of vascular neurosurgery work are presented. Main directions of the indicated pathology surgical treatment and methods of priorities at different localization of brain arterial aneurysm are marked. The perspectives of vascular neurosurgery further development and organization of medical help giving to patients with aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage are analyzed.References
