The long-term cultivation in vitro of the cryopreserved and native nerve cells of human embryo
Keywords:
neural stem cells, neural progenitor cells, suspension cultures, retinol acetateAbstract
The long-term cultivation in vitro of neuroprecursors in DMEM without serum lead to the 3–4-fold decrease of the number of cells on the 9-th day of cultivation. Then the number of cells become consistent evidencing about the presence in culture of self-renewing population of stem cells. Retinolacetate stimulate the proliferation of precursors. The method of long-term cultivation of human nerve cells allow to get the enriched population of neuroprecursors with capacity to proliferation in vitro.
