Combination of convexital meningioma with saccular aneurysm of interior carotid (IC) supraclinoid region on the right side

A rare case of the meningioma combined with arterial aneurysm was described. Every one of pathological processes was manifested by a charcteristic neurologic symptomatology.
An example of simultaneous meningioma extirpation and aneurysm disconnection was cited. The tactics of surgical priorities were established.
