Abstract

In the literary review global experience of application of reservoir Ommaya in various areas of neurosurgery in details is analyzed. Questions prevention a painful syndrome are considered at oncological diseases, treatments chronic subdural hematomas, intratecal therapies of infection-inflammatory diseases of nervous system with application of reservoir Ommaya. The basic aspects chemo-, immuno-, brachitherapy are considered at treatment neurooncology patients.
