Abstract

The article considers a situation with preparation neurosurgeons in Ukraine and defines the ways of perfection. The importance of selection of the candidates for preparing neurosurgeons is marked. The important question is the duration of teaching of neurosurgeons. The opportunity of increasing time for preparation of neurosurgeons is considered. The internatura has be lengthening till three years and two years of subsequent clinical ordinatura. The question of creation uniform examination board for Ukraine is discussed and the program of the European association of neurosurgeon for discussion is offered.
