The discogenic myeloradicular syndromes (the principles of diagnostics and conservative treatment)

The patients with diskogenic myeloradicular syndromes have to pass carefully examination of neurologists, neuroorthopaedists, neurosurgions and paraclinical tests for decision making about the kind of their treatment (conservative or surgical), their expediency and efficacy. The treatment efficacy depends much upon the continuity in work of neurologists, neurosurgeons and neuroorthopaedists. It is necessary to develop the single standard of diagnosis and treatment, as well as a tactics and the strategy for managing patients with diskogenic and spondylogenic myeloradicular syndromes.
