Clinic, diagnostics and treatment at neurinomas of limbs’ peripheral nerves

The clinical course, diagnostics and surgical treatment at neurinomas of limb’s peripheral nerves were given. The results of 60 patients treatment, predominantly of the young age, been operated because of neurinomas, were analyzed. The peculiarities of diseases clinical course depending on tumors’ localization, size and types of spreading were determined. The informative value of additional investigations at different stages of tumors’ growth, which allowed to make correct diagnosis and to perform an adequate surgical treatment tactics depending on tumor’s localization on the nerve were defined. The indications and contraindications for surgical treatment were determined.References
