Abstract

Analysis of results of the single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT) of 23 patients with brain tumors was made. Were used tumoral (99мТс-pertechnetate) and perfusional (99мТс-HMPAO) radiomarkers.

Informativity of SPECT was highest with simultaneous using of two radionuclides. Such methodical approach allowed to determine the degree of the vascularity of tumors, the perifocal oedema and allowed to estimate a volume of the remoted tumor tissue after surgical treatement of the patient.
