Abstract

The case of wide-spread scalping wound of head dermal integuments is described. The patient was treated by neurosurgeon and surgeon. For large defect above skull bones closing the stage-by-stage surgical treatment was applied — aponeurosis and dermal integuments plasty with subsequent autodermoplasty.
