Abstract

With applied a functional magnetic resonanance tomography efficiency presurgica fMRI researches on localization of a zone of impellent activation for the prevention of impellent neurologic deficiency is certain at surgical interventions in occasion of intrabrain tumours of hemispheres of the big brain.
