Abstract

Analysed are clinical manifestations of diffuse axonal brain injury. Described are three groups of its CT manifestations. Clinical and CT comparison revealed that DAI-specific CT manifestations do not depend on severity of injury. Described are specialities of diagnosis in combination of diffuse and focal intracranial injuries.
